Christina Grimmie

YouTube recognition

Grimmie is best known for her video with Sam Tsui, doing a version of Nelly's Just a Dream,which has had over 20 million views. She now has over 14 million views on her channel as well as over 100 million upload views. She has 700,000 subscribers at the beginning of April 2011, which makes her the 11th most subscribed musician on YouTube of all time.^[2]

Career

Grimmie had the opportunity to perform in the UNICEF charity concert,^[3][4] and has also performed backup vocals for Selena Gomez & the Scene. She has appeared on the Billboard Social 50.^[5] She also opened for Selena Gomez & The Scene, AllStar Weekend and The Jonas Brothers during the Concert of Hope.

She now has the opportunity to tour with Selena Gomez & the Scene in the Summer 2011.
